Welcome! A New Look For Raesd With Grace

May 15, 2020

Family and Home

After five months of back and forth with late-night emails. Six years of connecting with you guys on social media, the new and rebrand of Raesd with Grace by Amy Teixeira is finally here. I’ve never felt more purpose, passion and love for what I do. I think transitioning into motherhood and photography over the last few years has really allowed me to settle into this new season of life. It has taught me to find joy in areas I never thought to look in, showing me that less is more and teaching me that my home is not defined by what it looks like but how we make it feel.

I am passionate about Montessori and capturing the nuances that is life. My goal with this site is to create a calm, nurturing, and inspiring space for you to get excited about creating beauty within your every day and finding the little joy from the simple moments with your family.

To celebrate this launch, I want to give one lucky winner a motherhood session with me this summer. You will also have the opportunity to be outfitted from ‘The Collection’ – my curated motherhood wardrobe for you and your little ones.

Please note: Although my sessions focus around mothers, rest assure that family photos and portraits with dad will also be captured. It’s always the mom who convinces her husband to participate, start bribing their kids to behave, and spending all the time online shopping to make sure everyone’s outfit is complimenting and beautiful. The moms are my why and who I am shooting for because we need these memories and these photographs are the only reminders we have of these special moments that shape so much of our lives.

Congrats on hour new rebrand and launch! I connected with your post about trying to steer away from using “good job” as a response. It has made me mindful and aware about my feedback to my toddler as he begins to explore independence and seek assurances.

  2. Sarah Konyer says:

Congrats Amy! The site looks so beautiful and the orchard photos are stunning. I love the May photo challenge! It’s still on my list to do 🙂

  3. Vanessa says:

LOVE the way you capture a mother’s love between her child / children. I myself, am becoming a first time mom in July, and I can’t wait to have such special memories all captured in one photo. Your work is nothing but amazing Amy & congratulations on the new site. It truly is fantastic ✨✨

  4. Cathy says:

Your design is so clean and beautiful. I really enjoy the Montessori posts as I really love the hands on learning they provide. I also really connect with not saying good job but really getting them to understand their accomplishments.

  11. Stephanie A says:

It was definitely a toss up for me between the recent post about photography tips and the one about Montessori toddler activities. Learned a lot from both of them. Your focus after confetti and co is so different and so relatable! Congratulations!

  12. Sara Kozik says:

Love your monti tips and your unique learning toy finds! Owen is absolutely living the printable letters – thanks for making those little paper lifesavers for us to use during COVID! We miss you guys terribly and Owen always asks to “see Aliyana” on gram. Possibly his first valentine ever 🙂 definitely need to book a motherhood session with you – I recently discovered I have next to no photos of my with my own child!!

  13. Lindsay says:

I agree with Terry – I’ve been more mindful about responding to my daughter’s actions with “good job” since reading your post on the subject. Instead, I’m trying to acknowledge (rather than praise). A game changer! Thank you for sharing your insights.

  14. Candace says:

Hi Amy! I absolutely love your beautiful photography! Definitely connected with your post about advice to new moms & not reading too many articles & trusting your instincts (I have found this to be so true with my two year old daughter!) I appreciate all of your Montessori posts as well 🙂

  15. Jenny says:

Hi Amy! Love the new website. I am particularly interested in your tips on monti learning and how your girls do with it. It’s nice to read about real life scenarios!

  16. Emily Aquino says:

Beautiful website!! I love the simplicity of it. I connected with your blog post about setting your space up for 0-3m. As a new and first time mom, it has been an overwhelming feeling navigating through these first couple of months trying to figure out how to be a mom yet alone make space for my little babe. It was a beautiful read and inspired me to keep things simple!

  17. Kelsey says:

Wonderful rebrand! I like your montessori posts and I especially liked your recent post about montessori activities in the home with a toddler. #Momgoals for when my little one gets to that age!

  18. Shoko says:

Hi Amy! Congratulations again on your launch! I’m so excited for you! I first connected with you as my wedding photographer and I’ve been following your journey on social media ever since! Your Montessori approach inspired me when I became a first time mom and you are my go to for any tips and tricks for raising my daughter! Looking forward to seeing more and learn from you!

  20. Amy Liu says:

    Hi Amy,
What a beautiful digital space you’ve created. I always love reading your helpful Montessori tips. And Aliyana’s little vanity is just so cute. Her books are so thoughtfully chosen. Love this new direction you’re taking.

  21. Samantha Berenbeim says:

    Congratulations- absolutely love it!

I love the post on trying to limit “good job” because I too find I use it so often in my daily life! Really trying to incorporate this.

  22. Kathleen Creaney says:

Hi! I love the post about how you praise your daughters and don’t use the term “good job” all the time. Having an 8 month old baby that really made me think.

Congratulations on the gorgeous new site!

    Kathleen

  23. Brianna Fletcher says:

Looks amazing as always Amy. Your drive and hustler ontop of killing it as a Mama is second to none! You of course influenced me with my own Montessori journey and as my little gets a little older we will definitely be following all your advice and blogs! That’s said your May photo challenge was in the back of my head for a few days and as my babe was passed out hanging out of the carrier I decided it was the perfect time to document the messy but amazing part of being a mama 🤍 much love and all the success in the world to you and your family! Xo

  24. Amanda says:

It would be impossible to choose one thing I connected with most. I love your photography, the Montessori write up and your openness to share. One thing that spoke to me was about not saying good job. This is something I try (and I’m not very good at it) but I know the positive impact this can have on them. I have not practiced the Montessori way of living at home from the beginning with my children but with my oldest in a Montessori school (and my other two to follow) I want to make the transition to make our spaces at home Montessori friendly. Thanks for providing beautiful, meaningful photography and great content.

  25. Krystle says:

I love the new site! I am looking forward to more photography tips and how to capture these precious moments with our littles 💕

  26. Serena says:

I love how hands on you are with teaching and raising your girls! It is very inspiring to see you have found the Montessori approach of learning and incorporated it so many aspects of everyday living. Thanks for sharing all the ideas and resources for any new mom and educator!
